INITIAL DISCUSSION

Our first step is to discuss your project ideas and process. We can provide an approximate cost at this stage. If you need an architect or draughtsman, we can recommend the right one for you. 

CONCEPT DESIGN

At this stage, you’ll meet with us and your architect or draughtsman to talk in more detail about your ideas and your budget.

During the design stage, we'll work closely with you and your architect to optimize the architecture, selecting materials and styles that suit your vision and budget.

BUILDING CONSENT

AND CONTRACT 

Council consent may be required before building begins. Our team will collaborate with your designer to submit plans and supporting documents to the council for approval. Any requested alterations or additional information will be addressed, and we'll provide a final quote once consent is granted.

 START BUILD

COMPLETION AND MOVE IN

Once everything is signed, we'll begin work on your project. We'll maintain regular communication with you, including weekly written progress updates and fortnightly on-site or zoom meetings, to ensure everything is on track and to address any questions or further requests. We'll also provide a detailed breakdown of the process, so you know what to expect at each stage.

Congratulations, your build is now complete! Our team will conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything is in order, and you're completely satisfied with the results. Once the local council has passed the final inspection, giving you the green light to move back in. We will the then handle the application process for the Code of Compliance on your behalf, providing all the necessary documents to the councils assessor team to ensure the prompt insurance of the CCC.
